Our platform role

Machinoai may act as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 for user-generated content. Users are responsible for the content they post.

We may moderate, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts when required by law, policy, user safety, or platform integrity.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Machinoai if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the platform or users, or acted unlawfully.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes related to these terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
